I drink alot of cranberry juice at work.

alot of water and tea at home.

as far as eating habits go... nothing really weird. I used to put A-1 sauce or mustard on everything though.
I love sun chips, broccoli, cheese, any kind of nut(dont be a pervert), and rice.

kind of weird, i guess:
I eat plain whipped cream, sour cream, guacamole, cream cheese, etc.

I eat so much junk. I'm actually quite a good cook, but after midnight I just binge on the worst food.

my fav midnight snack at the moment:

egg/bacon sandwiches - fried - and with the odd fish finger added in for good measure.

yummy !

Spinach and cheese pizza..I made two of them babies yesterday and ate 1/2 one. YUMMMMMMM

If you haven't tried it, do it!
I always feel the need to spread the word about good food..just like the time I had a cadbury chocolate lovers drumstick, fell in love..and proceeded to tell anyone and everyone about it. They stopped selling them soon after *sniff*

Old Dutch Chips are great. Dill Pickle's OK, but they make the best salt & vinegar chips. Whatever they put in there will take the lining out of your mouth faster than a night of gin and tonics.

My eating habit: A waffle. EVERY DAY. I can make them in my sleep. Faster than a bowl of cereal, almost. I buy the mix in ten pound bags and syrup by the gallon.

Then there's that odd day every ten days to two weeks where I just don't eat anything, maybe some fruit or something, but not much at all. I don't know why. I just wake up not hungry and stay that way all day.

POW!

"American" Cheese is a pasteurized processed cheese food, officially. It's cheese and butter and who knows what else, manufactured according to specific government standards.

Lots of emulsifiers to keep the cheese and butter from separating.

Excerpt from a phone interview with a Kraft public relations person, 12/19/90:

quote:
Emulsifiers reduce surface tension between two immiscable substances, making them miscable. Butter and cheese mix about as easily as oil mixes with water.

My eating habits are pretty fucked up.

I'll eat a large meal, then not eat at all for another day and a half. I usually eat like a bird during the week, then eat two good sized meals each day on the weekends.

When I do eat during the week, I consume mostly meat, namely steak and chicken. I don't eat ANYTHING that contains sugar. I also don't consume any more than five grams of carbohydrate per day. I save my carbo/sugar binges for the weekends.

I also drink a ridiculous amount of water during the weekdays, which prevents my body from retaining too much water. If I'm craving a candy bar or something, I'll just drink two or three big glasses of water, which fills up my stomach so I'm not hungry anymore. I estimate that I drink no less than four gallons of water a day during the week.

On the weekends I eat whatever I want, which is usually junk food like Wendy's and Dominoe's. I also consume alot of diet pepsi on the weekend's.

Ohh yeah, I take a multi-vitamin everyday to compensate for the lack of vitamins in my meals.

Pretty fucked-up eating habits, huh?
