On RARE occasion, we do custom orders. As a rule we stick to only creating our own work but we do make exceptions.

The only problem with what you want is that right now, every thing being produced is in our glass kilns, i.e. fused and slumped glass.
What you are talking about requires glass blowing and right now, our furnace is not set up. We have had no need for it as Alessandra has been just buried in orders for the fused glass mobiles she has been making.
I will let you know when we get the furnace set up and have an idea as to what i would do to create what you want.
note- BnB is going to be all over me when this does happen as he has asked for thre same thing many moons ago.

You know... it's perfectly legal to sell "bongs" as long as you refer to them as "water pipes" sold specifically for tobacco use...

does this "water pipe" need to be made of glass...?

Perfect!!! Talk to Fourswords about waterpipes, he has some cool glazes and they are tougher than glass (actually, the glazes are a sort of glass at times). Clay pipes have incredible character.
I am many months from getting back into that *sigh*
