Aren't you SPW?

And to answer your question, never had the pleasure of doing it. However, I'm sure I'd enjoy it.

I prefer outdoor but indoor is great especially here where the winters are so damn long. I'm not a huge iceclimber.

A new wall is being built in a former raquetball court here in town. Some company from BC who builds them all over North America. Now there's a cool job. Building climbing walls...

cool hobby though...

SPW is Pianomahnn.

I prefer to not associate myself with that name, because, well, the SPF is a bunch of lame asses. I've found better!

Thought I recognized your name in your sig over there. And not everyone there is a bunch of lame asses, but the vast majority are.

It's a completely different environment, well, most of the time.

Okay, so WELCOME here! You don't have to show your tits (man-tits), just let me touch your fat pad. Okay? Okay!

everytime i hear wall climbing i think about the time my (ex)bf started acting funny in the relationship out of absolutely nowhere.. we made plans for that sat. and they didn't fall through... a week later I was talking to a girl who said that she went wall climbing with him because he was seeing her friend.. hrrmm.. i found this out after i saw him kissing that girl 'he was seeing' on campus .. ahh.. my life
and you ask me why i'm bitter? hehe
BOO WALL CLIMBING!

Overall, I think I'd rather do it outdoors than in.

It's some rough stuff. Although not as dangerous as outdoor, they make molds from outdoor surfaces, and then use them at the indoor facilities. You get a great workout, if you do it correctly.

I've never done indoor climbing. I try to go outdoor climbing at least once a year, though. The indoor climbing things here are really lame. They're more like a ladder than anything else. Although I haven't heard of anything like modeling them after real mountains. THAT might be interesting. Yeah. outdoor climbing rocks. no pun intended.
