Jesus, another crisis... Deanna's in the hospital

She was bleeding from you know where, went to the hospital, it seems the amniotic sac has "fallen" through her cervix, and a miscarriage is a threat... (The docs say she has an "incompatent uterus" or something like that...)

She's alrady admitted, I'm going there now. I'll be away for an unknown amount of time, but wish me luck folks, I don't think my sanity can take another loss of a child...

I hope to come back with some good news...

Anth3m, I'll be praying for you as well. Take it easy on yourself...although you may not know it yet for this situation, it has a purpose of some sort. It never makes sense when it's happening though.

jeeze louise .. my fingers are crossed. I only pull out the finger crossing for special occasions as to not use up the special finger crossing power. this situation merits double finger crossing. As a matter of fact, I'll even hold them in place with tape while I'm asleep tonight. when your baby turns ten, I want you to tell her that my crossed fingers helped, ok?

Hey all....

I appreciate all your kind words, you have no idea ho much it helps.

I just came back to the house to get some clothes and books and what not for Deanna... I just thought I'd post an update on what's going on thus far.

It's now 7:30 am CST, and within the next 4 hours, they are taking Deanna into surgery. Because the amniotic sac has not ruptured, (known as the water breaking) they think that there is a strong chance the problem can be fixed. They are going to attempt to put the amniotic sac back into place, and then stitch the cervix closed to keep it from happening again. This is dependant on the doctor being skilled enough to not poke holes anywhere other than where he's supposed to. If all is successful, we're in buisness. (Think of it as filling a plastic bag with water and putting it in a container with a big hole in it. The hole in the "container" has to be closed up. It's the same effect).
I have to come home a couple times a day to take care of buisness stuff, so I'll keep y'all posted.

Ok, just got a call from the hospital... Deanna's officially on the table, I'll know the results approxamately 90 minutes from the time of this post.

*gets down on knees and starts to pray*
*begs with the with the man upstairs*
