Sit-ups or crunches for your tummy.
Go for brisk walks with ankle and wrist weights if you just want to firm up a bit.
The running away from B&B will probably be exercise enough...

Something tells me it is going to take you a REAL long time to lose that weight. You are going to need to do a hell of alot more than "firm" up those areas. Diets won't cut it for you me thinks. If you are serious, there is always liposuction. In fact that would be my suggestion for you. Just get it sucked out. You will just gain it back and more anyway.

There are plenty of ways to loose weight, and firm the body at the same time. The worst way is depriving yourself of foods (aka dieting).
There is a little pyramid, if you've seen it, then you know what I mean. Follow that, and you should be fine with your nutrients.
The next would be to start an exercise program. Walking 30-60 minutes a day will work, but won't give you the firmness you might desire. A run/walk combination would be your best bet. Depending on your current physical state, the distance you should start will vary;
If you've just starting, follow this:
Monday: Walk 2 miles
Tuesday: Run 1/2 mile
Wednesday: Walk 2 miles
Thursday: Run 1/2 mile
Friday: Walk 2 miles
Saturday: Run 1/2 mile
Sunday: Rest day
Do that for about 2 weeks to get your body used to exercise again. Then, with each week, increase the distance of your walks by 1 mile, and your runs by 1/2 mile. This will allow your muscles and bones to strengthen and be able to withstand the new pressures. (I've had the misfortune of training too hard too fast, crosscountry, and giving myself a stress fracture in both legs, put me out for the season).
Sit ups, push ups, and pullups would help you tone muscles even more. You should do these every other day. Do the exercises in sets, pretty much until you can't do another one. This will increase endurance, along with strength. ex. 20 situps, 10 pushups, 5 pullups, rest for 30 seconds, repeat until you cant go on.
Now, if you have access to any facility that you can lift weights, you might want to visit it. And quite often, they will have different types of machines that will aid in your cardiovascular workouts, that will add some variety. Because I know running/walking can get boring.
If you need more information, I can hook you up. This is basically just a light dusting of things you could do to better your physique.

I forgot the 2 most important parts.
STRETCH before and after your workouts.
And get a new pair of shows that fits very nice. They should be a light shoe that is able to breath well to keep your feet cool. Asics offers a nice line of running shoes, and adidas has some nice walking shoes. I tend to stay away from Nike because I feel their shoes are more for the looks than effectiveness. And they cost too damn much!!

Good advice from Body-By-Pianomahnn, but I'd nix the sit ups and do crunches instead. Sit ups are bad.

I recommend a ketogenic diet, which is a diet high in protein and very low in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates aren't necessarily bad, but most high carb foods contain a lot of sugar. Before your metabolism will ever burn fat, it has to burn all the sugar first. The less sugar you consume, the faster your body will burn fat.
There are probably a million different "low-carb" diets out there, e.g., Atkins, The Zone, Carb Busters etc... The basic principle behind them all is to elimate sugars through eating low carbohydrate foods.
I am sure there are also a million diet and fitness gurus out there who say ketogenic diets are bad, but remember the "low-fat" diets aren't exactly working that much either. If they were, why do most people fail when they diet. Sure, some it has to do with people's lack of self control, but most of the time it is because of frustration and lack of results. Are you going to be hungry after a half bagel and an orange with a regualr diet? I know I would. Are you going to be hungry after a half pound steak with a kitogenic diet? I know I'm not. As long as you take a multi-vitamin with a ketogenic diet, you will be fine.
Whatever diet you are using, make sure to drink a lot of ice water. Your metabolism has to break the water down to body temperature before it finishes digesting. The more ice water you drink, the more your metabolism has to work. Ever peed cold water? Most people are somewhat dehydrated and don't even know it. Why? They don't drink enough water. Pepsi and coffee do not count towards the 8-10(minimum) glasses of water we are supposed to drink everyday.
Now on to exercise.
There is no such thing as just firming up your butt, arms, and tummy, i.e., spot reducing. The only way to firm them up is to do whole-body workouts. Cross training (weights and cardio) is the best fitness regimen to use.
Every workout should be started and ended with at least five minutes of proper stretching. Believe it or not, half the people who exercise do not know how to properly stretch. Stretching your arms out and bouncing side to side is NOT proper stretching. A good percentage of sport/exercise related injuries (muscle pulls, strains etc..) are due to improper stretching or not doing any stretching at all.
After stretching, warm your body up with some light cardio, e.g., marching/walking in place. After five minutes or so, then you may begin the next part of your workout. Some people like to do weights, then some cardio in the same workout. Myself, I like to focus my whole workout each day on either weights or cardio. My workout routine is usually like this:
Monday - weights(upper body),
Tuesday - cardio or REST depending on how my body feels.
Wednesday - weights(lower body)
Thursday - REST
Friday - weights (upper,lower)
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - REST
I'm 5'10", 215-220lbs, so my workout is mostly for maintaining muscle mass and weight, so I don't really do a lot of cardio even though I really should do more (I'm a smoker, so I really suck at cardio )
Since you are trying to lose weight and tone up, I recommend two days a week with weights and the rest with cardio.
Also, don't be afraid to mix up your workout from time to time. It gets boring doing the same exercises over and over again. Usually every three weeks or so, I try different exercises to spice up my routine. When people get bored with something, they tend to quit. If you don't want to go run on the treadmill or something, just go ahead and do something different like play tennis or turn your stereo up loud and dance your ass off for a half hour or so. As long as you stay active, you will be fine.
The two most important parts of every workout routine are (1)plenty of REST!! And (2)don't over do it. There is absolutely no reason for a workout to last longer than 45-60 minutes dependng on your physical condition. Most people when they start working out, over do it and wake up very sore the next morning, then end up quitting. Nobody likes to be in pain, and if you over do your workout, you are guaranteed to be in pain the next day. Waking up sore is one thing, but waking up in pain is another.
If you are the type of person who absoutely hates the idea of lifting weights and running on a treadmill, you might want to sign up for a Yoga class. Even though it seems like just a bunch of wacky stretching, it really is an EXCELLENT workout. My ex-girlfriend once invited me to one of her "Power Yoga" classes. I walked in there thinking it was going to be a piece of cake. Boy was I wrong. I came out of there with one of the toughest workouts I had ever had. I was sore for a week afterwards. Start out with a beginners course and progress from there.
So, to conclude an already too long response, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, and just stay active as much as possible without overdoing it and you will have toned up your butt, arms, tummy, and the rest of your body in no time.
Good Luck

Thank you!!
Sit ups are not all that bad, just not the same as crunchies. It all depends on how you do them. Sit ups are crazy if you're doing them while your head is on the bottom and the feet are at the top (your attached to something and upside down), then you don't have much rest at all. But, most people do these on flat ground, so doing continual crunchies eliminated the "down" time between reps.
Either one works, to each his own.

I agree the most with blank's advice...very sensible. I found, though, that the best shape I was ever in was when my "workout" schedule resembled the following:
m-f: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. managing a warehouse (library storage warehouse): involved carrying boxes of books from building to truck, truck to other building, shelving all books, hauling shelving parts around. all with flights of stairs to contend with.
t & s: go out dancing
m, w, f: horseback riding
(winter): fridays: ice skating
I found that limiting myself to an exercise regime doesn't work. I have to be doing something else, such as light construction work, hiking, dancing, skating, etc in order to get involved in a physical activity. This is probably because my life is just too busy, and I feel vain taking the time to work out. I feel as if I can't spare that time from studying, preparing lessons, etc. Even when I'm in the chatroom here, I'm usually doing paperwork or grading essays.
btw, horseback riding (hunt seat) gives you the flattest stomach. no amount of sit-ups can compete.

Rock climbing.
Hands down, the most full body workout I've ever done.
You're skin on the hands will be gone the first few weeks, but after that it's wonderful.

Ahh Yes, rock climbing. VERY DIFFICULT!!!! A few years ago, a friend took me rock climbing. Not only was I surprised by how physically tough it was, but also the amount of concentration it takes.
bunkum also makes a good point. Sometimes your daily job can give you a good workout. I used to work this guy who used to work for a company that built log cabins. His job was to strip the bark off of the logs with a sharp blade that had handles on each end. Very tough work. That guy didn't lift weights or anything, but he was built like a stack of bricks.
I used to take Jiu-Jitsu a few years back. That also provides a great workout. So does boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing.
If I was forced to pick a sport with the most conditioned athletes, I would have to pick gymnastics.
