Sometimes i have trouble falling asleep
but its not so bad
i dont worry and i dont weep
in fact im glad
because i get up off my pillow
and i flip on the light
i get out of my bed in the still of the night,
i stretch and i yawn and then i breathe real deep
and dance myself to sleep...

i gently rock all by myself across the floor
i turn and then i toss and then i start to snore
got some friends i can count on called the boogie woogie sheep
and dance myself to sleep
oh yeah
i dance myself to sleep
were in our jammies
i dance myself to sleeeeep!
