Its been a wild ride.

The elders say when a child has a birthmark it will foretell the events in its life depending on where it is located. I have six. One on my eye (iris), one over my heart, one on my hip, one under my eye, one on my wrist and one on my foot. The elders were wise for it has been an eventful life so far indeed. I hope I have learned my lessons well. Tomorrow I will be 28. I look forward to the rest of my life and what it may bring. I am not afraid of getting old anymore, I have stressed about it since my 25th birthday. Now I eagerly await what the rest of my life will bring. I certainly have a wonderful person to share it with.
So many, many things made me who I was when I met him and he has changed me in to something so much better in such a little time, and its been relatively painless .
Anyway… I have missed all my milestone posts so far so this is a combination post. I can express my acceptance of yet another year gone by and my gratitude for this outlet we call the Asylum. I have enjoyed my experience here thoroughly.
Here is to you Asylum, and the lessons I have learned here in my 3,028 posts with you. Thank you.
