The existance of time, IMO, is relative...if you are in a situation where you don't want the time to pass, you just want to hold every moment close to you, it will pass faster than you ever thought possible; if you are in a situation where you are hoping that the time will disappear, it will not...

Inevitably though, the time will pass and you will always feel that you missed out on something.

I recommend you read some books by Kurt Vonnegut. I think Slaughterhouse 5 is a good one for this sort of question...

We all perceive time to move in one direction, but is it not possible for others to see and experience it as a dimension to move freely along, like our other three? As it is, it was mentioned that time seems to go by more quickly some times than others. Perhaps here, our experience slows down or speeds up our perception of time's passage.

Oh well... more stuff to just ponder. Fun!
