ok, i am not a guy, but i do know that coldsores are a form of herpes, but usually does not come from sex. However, if either person is having a outbreak at the time of the oral, it can either be passed from the person with the coldsore to the person getting the oral, or from the person being gone down on to the person who is going down on them. This does happen but i am not sure how likely it is but just to take precautions if either person has the coldsore herpes or the genital herpes, when having an outbreak.
