Have you ever got that feeling ?

Have you ever felt like maybe you were going to lose your mind? Snap a people for no reason, find yourself staring into space, lose thought on what you doing, find your being very sad for no reason at all ? Pehaps some meds might help, or so some good weed?
Ever felt like your at your end and the world needs to pay. Ever wanted to just go postal ? Have you ever been at a point in your life were nothing seems to matter ? Been here so long I don't know what it was like before. Ever punched a hole in the wall and then thought, damn why'd I do that ? Ever found yourself shaking when your not cold ? Ever just wanted to write about bullshit on a message bord, bitching to people who could never care ? How about feeling like there is no more to lose ? When nothing pays off, nothing works out, and everything is a mess ? Every have "one of those days" ?

Yeah, I've had two periods when I felt like I was about to lose my mind, once about 5 years ago and once about 2 years ago. On the second time it lasted for a couple of months, but in the end it was good to go through that.
I felt like I was forgetting who I was but maybe I just needed to get rid of some parts of me.



In the end I learned that..There's just you and what's around you, and sometimes you need self-discipline to do what fits the situation.

Yes, last summer. Not to the the extent of punching holes in walls and such..
but I would break down crying some days because of the stress.
It is scary to think that taking 6 courses (when the avg was 4 or 5) here @ uni has been less stressful than that summer when dealing w/ one demanding summer course, one nazilike fulltime job when ppl who didnt like my father would get after me in revenge and i had creepy stalkers, not getting home late as a result of looking after my nephews (so it was hard for me to do my assignments), not having a social life because i had no time whatsoever, and dealing w/ other issues..
hopefully this summer will be better.

i was like that until i realized something. first of all, i realized that i had a very good life, instead of a bad one. i live in one of the best countries in the world. i know people all over the world, south africa, guatamala, madasgascar, korea, and each one brags about the quality of life in the us. in guatamala, and many other countries, people are enslaved. women in africa have a 100% chance of getting aids. i could go on and on about life in other countries, but what it boils down to is this. i'm very lucky. i never go to bed hungry, i drink clean water, and i have a roof over my head. there's a lot of things that i would like to change in my life, but even where it's at now, i'm pretty damn lucky.

so, my advice to you is this, concentrate on the things that you have, instead of the things that you don't have.

And as for another, I doubt its the "things they don't have" that is getting people down so much, as the feeling that life is not uder your control. Personally, I think it's a more exciting ride that way.
