The major problem with television is the obscurity.
I sit on a stack of old tires and attempt, like all good citizens, to watch “Wheel of Fortune”. The large television set is positioned in such a fashion, across the street, to allow me a fairly good view, with the only draw back being the poor sound. I occasionally make out the “top dollar” calls of the excited audience, which provides me much joy and entertainment. The passing cars and children playing in the street incite annoyance only imaginable in such a situation. The least a battling Australian man could ask for is an uninterrupted session of “Wheel of Fortune”. However on this particular occasion a spectacularly annoying event unfolded. A 1976 BMW driver had the audacity to park in front of my view of the television. Would it not be expected that I would be watching “Wheel of Fortune”? More importantly why wasn’t he at home watching television?
