yeah, I would agree with that. It covers alot.

Although some people have had purpose that was evil, like Hitler or Pol Pot, etc. What would you say about that type of purpose?

I saw the true face of evil once.

I worked at a ski resort that was accessible only by a gondola tram. a 3.1 mile long gondola. a gondola they referred to, proudly, in all of their advertising as "the world's longest gondola!"

didn't i know it. on a good day, with calm winds, the ride was a mere twenty minutes. on a bad day, with fifty mph winds, it could take anywhere from one to two hours. the thing about the gondola, though, is that it was a good way to get to know people. in a packed elevator the interaction only lasts a minute or two. this was a twenty minute elevator ride, more or less, so conversations were bound to start.

One windy day i hopped in a gondola car with a few other employees. One woman, a checker in the cafeteria, had her three year old daughter with her. What a cute kid. she would smile, drink her juice, etc, but she refused to speak at all, at least for the first ten minutes or so of the ride. Another employee, from shipping and recieving, had skimmed a backpack full of candy bars from one of his shipments. He was giving the little girl a steady stream of Skittles.

The ride progresses, slow, but not dreadfully so. We're all talking about this and that, probably employee gossip. The shipping guy and myself had never met the little girl before, so we're asking her questions and whatnot. Big beaming smile, gingerly eating her skittles in true toddler style. A little angel. Even still, she refuses to answer or speak at all, even to her mother. Her mother finally says, "Josh is going to stop giving you candy if you don't talk to him." The little girl's face falls, drawing into a pout. The shipping guy retracts his skittles arm. The little girl's face turns pure evil. She is MAD. Furrowing her brow, snapping her head around to look the shipping guy right in the eyes, she says, and i quote:

"Don't FUCK with me, holmes!"

I think i laughed continously for the remaining twenty minutes of the ride.

evil is something vicious and mean, masquerading as something cute and lovable.
