I dont like this

Ok for the record I am drunk

very drunk...

let us say, I want to catch the moment.

I just got home from the bar.

we were at the resturatnt ok? my car wont start the fuking starter is broken
so I go to the bar anyway. nothing I can do about the car untill tomorrow. it is fine where it is

so I go

and I get a back massage by a certan lord vile (dom guy) and part of it hurt but I figured that was cos I was tense. but it hurt alot and I was drunk so I thought gee I wonder if I will get a bruise

and I come home and I got some fucking marks on my arms

I'm starting to sober up and it's starting to HURT

and I am nopain freak and I do not like this AT ALL

I know they will go awya in a few days.

but I DO NOT LIKE THIS.

he massaged 2 other friends of mine and left no marks on them. why this?

On a related note, today as I got off the train I noticed a guy holding this girl's elbow VERY tight as she tried to get on the train. It was obvious she was trying to be a good sport about it but he didn't want her to go. I stopped about 8 feet from them and just stared at the guy, trying to get his attention. He held her (she pulled at his fingers some) until the train left and then made her walk with him down the stairs away from the platform. I followed them and was tempted to say something to her, but figured if I intervened it might only make things worse in the end.

I really want to go up and grab his elbow in my pincers, but in the foreigner vs Japanese situations, guess who gets in trouble?

Did you indicate to him that it hurt while he was doing it? Perhaps he was just intending to push it to the limit of what you were comfortable with and if you didn't complain or anything, he may have assumed you were comfortable with what he was doing.

yes I did telll him it hurt.

& the whole wincing and the drawing back should have been a clue..

I strongly suggest that you seek professional legal advice. Keep the pics you took handy and be prepared to hand them over as evidence.

Abuse is abuse. You may run into trouble with some issues, though. For how long did you know of his reputation as a "dom"? Don't answer that here.

Document the event while the details are still recent. Aside from what's already been posted, keep those details out of public forums unless otherwise advised by your lawyer.

He may have a reputation in the community, but he's certainly not a "dom". What it comes down to is he violated all three tenets of the basic BDSM credo, even if this wasn't a defined "scene". He did this knowing you were drunk (not Safe, was he drunk too?), he took advantage of your mental state, and offered no safeword (not Sane), and went well beyond what anyone in a similar situation would expect, and certainly beyond what you agreed to (not Consensual).

My first reaction was that maybe you simply mark easier than other people. If you haven't played with someone before (scened), you won't know, since what it takes varies widely. On second look though, particularly at the bruises on the back of your arm, I believe he knew what he was doing. Did he use anything beside his hands (or maybe dug in with his nails)? I've only seen marks like that (and they're approaching welts) from a thin implement like a switch or a whip.

He's going to say this wasn't about BDSM, and in part, he's right. People who practice BDSM don't do something like that with agreeing to it. If he has indeed been around for years, he should know better.

Good advice in this thread already about the legal possibilities. I know you have some other connections ... after talking with your two friends, it may be appropriate to get the word out about him through the grapevine.

And stop playing drunk.
