Is there a Doctor in the house??

Ok, I know this is weird, but I have no money whatsoever and I figured ONE of you have to be a doctor or something. For probably the last month every time I drink I have very bad pains in my stomach. I've also had some bad heartburns lately and in the past 4 days I've only been able to sleep about 3 hours- I don't know if it's connected or anything. Well, I was drinking last night and my stomach felt like there was a mother fucking fire in it. I have never felt pain like it before. It was right in the middle of my stomach between my ribs. It hurt so bad that I had tears in my eyes! It went away and this morning I woke up VERY nausiated (not like a hangover). Any way (this part is gross) I went to the bathroom and there was blood. Its not that time of the month or anything, it was coming from my ass! All day I've been nausiated and very lightheaded and have had a fever. I just feel like shit (no pun intended). I'm not pregnet or anything like that. Like I said, for the last month or so when I drank my stomach hurt, but not like it did last night. My friend said it might be stress related, since I have had alot going on and been working over 50-60 hours a week, but I don't see how stress would cause it. I'm absolutly broke so I can't go to the doc. so I'm hoping one of you has a medical background. Any ideas as to what caused this or how to help it would be greatfully appreciated. Thanx!!

And just to save some of you the trouble about joking about the blood part, no I did not have any massive anal sex last night.

severe acid reflux? beginnings of an ulcer(more likely)
drink milk. see if it helps.
if it does, its more likely acid.
if it doesnt, think ulcer.

you need to go to a doctor. like it or not.
dont want to scare you too much, but there are MANY cancers and serious diseases that sound liek that.

if you absolutely CANT go to the doctor:
-drink lots of water. no coffee. no soda. limited juices(low on the citrus juices. think apple)
-eat bland foods with rice, grains, cereals, etc. potatoes. easy on the spices and pepper.

-quit fucking drinking alcohol. :/

-rest.

-acetamenophin. not aspirin.

if it doesnt clear up within a week or so, borrow the money from a relative and get thee to a doctor.

I'm no doctor, so don't hold me to anything, but logic and common sense tells me to:

1. Stop drinking.
   
2. Take time off work.
   
3. Borrow money.
   
4. Go to the doctor.
   

It sounds pretty serious to me. Blood comming out your anus could be indicative of very serious problems, and you need to get it checked out asap. I know someone who ignored pain and blood which were cancer related, and it would have been preventable had he gone when he first noticed the signs. I'm not saying it is that, but please, play it safe and somehow get yourself checked out.

Thanks for the tips. I'm thinking about going, it would just put me in debt big time. Cancer runs high in my family

I don't have any medical advice to offer, but if you're working 50-60 hour weeks and are still broke, you need to call in sick (because you really are). Then after your trip to the doctor, when everything turns out alright, go get the want ads and see what else is available, work-wise. Unless you have massive personal debt, you don't deserve being broke if you work that hard.

Maybe you really, really love your job. in that case, maybe you should downgrade it to a hobby until it becomes more profitable.

I don't like my job but I'm saving to pay my college bills. I got a second job untill I go back to college soon. Plus I help my mom pay off her bills and a few of my close family members, we are all going through one of those hard times. But thanks!

You really need to see a doctor.

again, get to a doctor. and stop drinking. avoid dairy products and fats, eat mild foods like rice and baked chicken without the skin.

I was extremely sick for 3 months from what turned out to be a toxin in my intestinal tract, I lost 30 lbs and couldn't keep food in me. Seriously, I thought I was gonna die I was so sick, and the doctors originally thought I had Crohns Disease (You might want to read this and see if any symptoms apply http://my.webmd.com/content/article/1680.50985 ) What finally got me better was cutting out the dairy and fats and eating very carefully for several weeks.

again, you need to see a doctor.

i know everyone has told you this already but YOU MUST GET YOURSELF TO A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. at first, i thought it was nothing more than an ulcer and you could hold off for a bit. but you could have colo-rectal cancer which kills upwards of 560,000 people a year in the U.S. I know you don't have money...I know how that is. But believe me, you must get to a doctor. Go to the University hospital in your area. Blood in your stool is nothing to ignore. Don't think about going...GO...NOW. That's right misled. You need doctor help fast. I had a coworker friend just explain those same symptoms to me. He saw a doctor and they told him he should have come sooner. He'd held off about as long as you have, and he probably drinks twice as much. Go in ASAP. Figure out the money costs and shit later.
