I was fortunate enough to have found an amazing Asian Market a few towns over that has a wide variety of 'specialty' fruit. So for breakfast this morning I had a granola parfait smothered with Mangosteens. It was delicious! By far one of my favorite things to have in the morning.

A mesquite smoked wild hog/venison sausage link on black rye with spicy mustard and sautéed onions/sauerkraut on black rye. A friend gave me 8 lbs of the sausage, He shot both the hog and the deer, and had a local butcher make the sausage links. He smoked them, and his wife and kids don't like them - they claim they are, "Too gamie!"

So he gave me half of what he had.
