I just got word that an associate of mine walked into her bedroom to find her husband dead of suicide this week. May this season bring her some comfort.
I love March. Spring’s renewal is coming. The daffodils, always so eager, have pushed themselves up through the sleeping ground to cut through the gray, and I’m grateful for it.
Alder begins on my birthday. I’m new moon Alder, crimson, snake medicine…someone has a sense of humor. har har..Bastards.
I enjoy the cultures of my heritage. I want there to be magic in this world, even if we have to make it for ourselves. It seduces the mind and gives life fantastic dimensions to explore. I am agnostic; so you atheists can save all your (ironically) “holier than thou” bullshit.
I’ve started making “hands” or “tricks” again. I enjoy it. Yes, that makes me a “Mojo Woman”. You can address me as such. Hoodoo baby yeah!
